These terms cover the use of this website and the sale of anything on it by Vansaj, Bengaluru, India.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site are guide prices in Indian rupees. Silver moves with the market, so the final price of a piece is confirmed when you enquire. We will never charge more than the price shown without telling you first and giving you the chance to walk away.
Every piece is held in a quantity of one. A listing is an invitation to enquire rather than an offer to sell, and a contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Where a piece has already sold, we will say so.
Description of goods
Small variations in polish, texture and stone colour are normal in jewellery and are not defects. Photographs are taken as faithfully as we can manage, but screens differ and no photograph reproduces metal exactly.
Where a piece is sterling silver we say sterling silver, and where a stone is cubic zirconia we say cubic zirconia. If a description is ever unclear, ask us before ordering and we will give you a precise answer for that piece.
Ordering and payment
Orders are arranged directly with us following an enquiry. We confirm availability before requesting payment. We reserve the right to decline an order where a piece has sold, where a price has been listed in error, or where we cannot verify the delivery details.
Delivery, returns and repairs
Delivery windows, packing and insurance are set out on the shipping page. Returns, exclusions and repairs are set out on the returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs, and written content on this site belong to Vansaj. You are welcome to share links to any page. Please do not reproduce the photography or copy for commercial use without asking — a short email is usually all it takes.
Liability
We take responsibility for what we sell and for the service we provide. We do not accept liability for loss or damage arising from misuse, ordinary wear, accidental damage, or alteration by another jeweller.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
