Every piece on this site is one of a kind. We confirm it’s still available before you pay, so you never pay for something that’s already gone. If a piece sells while you’re deciding, we’ll tell you straight away and offer to look for something close — never a quiet swap.
How it arrives
In a box, inside an unmarked outer parcel. Nothing on the outside says what is inside, which matters both for security and because a good number of these are gifts.
Every order goes tracked and insured for its full value while in transit. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as it is collected.
Delivery abroad
We ship internationally. Import duty, customs charges and local taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by you — they are not included in the price, and we have no way to calculate them in advance.
We declare every parcel at the price paid. It keeps your insurance valid and keeps everyone on the right side of the law.
If something goes wrong
If tracking stops moving for more than a few days, or a parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, tell us straight away. We open the claim with the courier — that is our job, not yours — and we keep you posted while it runs.
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it and the packaging before you unpack any further and send us both. It makes the claim straightforward and it means we can replace or repair it faster.
