Every piece is sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver — finished in gold, rose gold or silver polish. The gold colours are a polish on real silver, so it’s silver all the way through.

Yes, all sterling silver does. It’s a natural reaction with the air, not a fault. It shows as a light grey or yellow film and comes off with a polishing cloth in a minute or two. Store pieces dry and airtight to slow it down — our care page has the full routine.

Over time, on the parts that rub — like the inside of a ring. How fast depends on how often you wear it. We can re-polish it for you; ask us before trying a local plating service, which can blur the detail.

We buy finished pieces in single lots. Once a piece sells, it’s gone — we can’t reorder it in another size. It’s also why the collection keeps changing.

Ask us about a specific piece and we’ll send a photo of its marks before you order. Marking rules vary, so we give you the exact answer for that piece.

Ring sizes here use the standard Indian scale. The easiest way: take a ring that fits that finger to any jeweller and have it measured. Measure in the evening, when fingers are largest — and go half a size up for a wide band.

Often, yes — except bands with stones all the way round. Ask before you order and we’ll tell you whether that piece can be resized, and by how much.

Of course. Send us the reference number from the piece’s page and we’ll measure it for you, usually within two working days.

It’s today’s price. Our prices follow the silver rate, so they can move from one day to the next; the site checks the price again when you order and tells you if it has changed. We never charge more than the price you agreed to.

Yes — unworn pieces in their original packaging can come back within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are the exception, for hygiene reasons. The returns page has the steps.

Every piece comes with six months against manufacturing defects. After that, our partner workshop handles repairs — send the reference number and a photo, and we’ll tell you what’s possible and what it costs before any work starts.
